Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 days of your confirmation e-mail with the exception of custom items which can take up to 4 days. For rush orders, a $5 fee applies.

 

Shipping Fee

 

We offer fast & free shipping on ALL orders! For International orders, there maybe customs & fees associated to collect your package depending on your location. TAHWEN does not have control over these fees, please refer to your local customs office. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Foreign Transaction Fees

We do not charge additional fees other than the total amount owed. Any additional fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under TAHWEN's control. We are unable to refund these fees.

What materials are Pearli Jewelry made of?

 

We carry a range of 14K, 18K, 24K gold-filled and .925 sterling silver high quality pieces that are made to be long lasting.

Can I wear my Pearli Jewelry in water?

Yes, however, we recommend to avoid wearing your jewelry in water,  when sweating, sleeping, or applying perfume, oils and other chemicals to keep the shine long lasting.

Can I make changes to my order?​

Our team works hard to ensure your orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. If your order has not been fulfilled yet, please email us with your order number and reason for change.
